Peace of mind comes from not wanting to change others…

Accept your negative aspects, this is the hardest but most important step.
Psychoanalyst Dominique Miller says “Anxiety and sadness cause a side of us that is unique to us to emerge.”
It’s not about eliminating the negative impacts of our experiences, but rather understanding them. These feelings can be deeply ingrained in our anxieties, and through self-work, we can gain clarity and stop deceiving ourselves.
Otherwise, in relationships, such as romantic ones, we may find ourselves overly possessive and encountering recurring issues because we fail to address the underlying reasons behind our jealousy.

Open yourself to your environment.
Peace of mind cannot exist without friends, family, love and colleagues. As a matter of fact, there is no spiritual teaching in the world that does not include love, empathy and altruism.

Feed your awareness, learn, grow, dare, try …
Focusing on the present moment fundamentally changes our inner world. As curiosity and concerns about the future weaken, the past falls away from us and we are free from regrets.
