Parenting Milestones:
Skills for Raising Independent and Resilient Children

Together we will stand at the edge of a vibrant forest, where each tree symbolizes a milestone in your child’s development. Every step you take can guide them toward independence and resilience. In this workshop, we are not just parents, but navigators, exploring the landscapes of emotional support, autonomy, and problem-solving.

In the first part of the workshop, we will focus on the importance of emotional support, learning how to validate our children’s feelings and create a secure environment. We will then explore strategies for fostering independence by allowing children to face challenges that build self-reliance. Lastly, we will enhance our problem-solving skills, empowering our children to overcome obstacles with confidence.

Following this, we’ll engage in interactive drama exercises, applying these skills in a hands-on, supportive environment. Together, we will exchange insights, celebrate progress, and build lasting connections. Join us on this journey, turning parenting challenges into opportunities for growth.
